GogoatFletchlingHelioptile Panchum Seems like these are the 4 new Pokemon revealed. Most of them don’t stand out personally for me, but I do really like Panchum, the Panda Pokemon. xD I kind of find Helioptile a bit strange, it’s suppose to be a lizard but it doesn’t look like a lizard to me… I’m not even sure what it looks like to be honest. I think its nostrils...

animalgazing: A lot of photographers don’t get the credit they deserve because often when people only credit in the captions, these captions get deleted. The source box is meant for the photo’s original source, not the person who posted it. However, it is understandable that people would want to make their blog more well known. Therefore if there was an “original poster” box alongside the...

12-year-old girl: I don't want kids when I grow up.
Society: You'll change your mind when you get older. You're only 12. You're too young to know what you want.
16-year-old girl: I'm pregnant.
Society: How could you be so stupid? Do you know anything about safe sex? You should be ashamed.
20-year-old woman: I'm a single mother with an infant son.
Society: You should've gone to college first. You need a stable career before you can support a child.
33-year-old woman: I'm married and my spouse and I both have stable careers. I have two young daughters now.
Society: You're not staying home? Who's going to take care of them? You're just going to put them in day care while you work? That's selfish of you. You can't expect to raise decent kids with a full-time job.
45-year-old woman: I just had my first child.
Society: Why would you have a child when you're that old? Do you realize the health risks of being pregnant at your age? When your kid is a teenager you'll be a senior citizen. That's inconsiderate of you.
60-year-old woman: I haven't had any children.
Society: Your life must be so unfulfilling. Is there something wrong with you? Why didn't you want kids? How strange.

“Don’t walk behind me; I may not lead. Don’t walk in front of me; I may not...”
– Albert Camus. (via religion-of-solitude) A wonderful quote from one of my favorite modern philosophers. He is often mentioned and associated with Existentialism but he denies being one, and is identified as an Absurdist instead.

Feeling Just Peachy Today: How to give critiques... →
voyagehour: Step 1: Did the person ask for critiques? Are you in an environment where critiques are expected, i.e. an art program/school? Yes (proceed to step 2) No (stop and eat a donut and sleep) Step 2: Do you hold a personal vendetta against this person in any way? Yes (GET OUT) Maybe… (GET OUT)

Logically Illogical: What's with all the Green... →
e1n: If you’ve seen them around Tumblr you may be asking this. The short answer is that it’s a form of solidarity. The long answer, well, let me try to put it in the most concise way possible: At the Oscars Sunday night, The Life of Pi won best Visual Effects (VFX) award. The animals on that…

I went to the dentist for a post-op check, and they told me I was healing very quickly and that everything is fine. That’s good. =) I still have pain in my right jaw though, and it’s still hard to eat and chew because my jaw muscles start aching. It also doesn’t help that I cannot open my mouth wider, I can only take small bites… So eating is still an unpleasant experience...
